Serving the Children of Thailand- Impacting the Next Generation with the Gospel.
Purpose: To develop Isan ministry in Thailand – which includes training, discipleship, and evangelism.
The Wise family will be training believers to do children’s ministry and children evangelism outreach in the villages and in the schools. They plan on developing a program called Christian Youth in Action in that region as well. That is a discipleship, evangelism program for youth 12-20 years old who they train and send out to do 5-day clubs in the villages and schools. They are planning on having English classes available for students who they will engage through games, food, and Bible teaching as they teach them English. They will continue to disciple the church members in our churches and continue to send them out for outreach opportunities where they engage a new area. The Wise ask the official in that community to use his grounds to invite the people to hear some good news. They invite the people and split them up with kids in one area and the adults in the other area. With the kids we do games, sing songs, and share the gospel. With the adults we have 3 Thai people share their testimony and a fourth with give a gospel message and an invitation. This is a good way to meet people and to make new connections.
