Speaker Bio for Julie Stoll
Julie is passionate about enlarging a woman’s vision of God through Bible study, storytelling, and cultural insights. Her presentations nurture a more intimate understanding of the character of God and just how He orchestrates transformation of both women and the culture in which they live.
As an Army brat, military wife, then working mom, Julie’s life has been one in constant transition between places, jobs, and friendships. She was only able to develop a sense of stability through her growing faith in a changeless God.
With her two kids grown and flown, currently Julie lives in the Black Hills of South Dakota with her husband of 38 years. Now semi-retired, but still an avid traveler, Julie continues to
encourage women in their faith journeys by focusing on how God is actively working in our
everyday context to make us more Christ-like. In contrast to traditional Bible studies, Julie
teaches biblical truth by interacting with lesser-known stories, and untapped metaphors in the Bible. Steeped in her graduate degrees in communication and Biblical studies, Julie blends intellect and humor to challenge women to seek Christ daily as He nurtures their growth in all life’s changing seasons.
