We believe in love and joy, God creates and sustains the universe, including humanity, male and female, who are made in God's image. Since God created male and female in all of nature for the purpose of reproduction, we believe that marriage is to be the union of one man and one woman for that purpose.

Genesis 1:1-28, Matthew 19:4-6, Mark 10:6, Acts 17:24-27

We believe in one eternal God, the source and goal of life, who exists as three persons in the Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Genesis 1:1; Genesis 1:27; Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 48:16; Matthew. 28:19-20; II Corinthians 13:14.

We believe in God the Father Almighty, whose love, grace and mercy is the foundation of salvation and righteous judgment, and who calls us into covenant relationship with Himself and with one another.

Psalm 68:5, Malachi 2:10, John 17:5 & 11, Luke 23:34, Matthew 26:42, James 1:17

We believe in Jesus Christ, the Living Word, the eternal and only son of God. He became fully man without ceasing to be God, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He received a sinless human body in order that He might redeem sinful man. We believe the finished work of redemption is made sure to us by His literal, physical resurrection from the dead.

John 1:1-2, 1:14, 3:16; Luke 1:35; Romans 3:24-25; I Peter 1:3-5; 1 Peter 2:22, Philippians 2:5-8, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Hebrews 4:15

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who breathed God's message into the prophets and apostles. We believe that God gives us the indwelling Holy Spirit to be our teacher who empowers us to live a life of obedience to the Word of God by developing in us the fruits of the Spirit. He also enables us to serve God by giving spiritual gifts according to His plan and purpose. These gifts are to be used for growing and strengthening the Body of Christ.

1 Corinthians 12-14, Romans 12, Ephesians 4, Galatians 5:22

We believe man was created in the image and likeness of God, but in Adam’s sin, humanity fell. All mankind inherited a sinful nature, became alienated from God, and are totally unable to retrieve themselves from their lost condition.

Genesis 1:26, 2:17, 6:6; Jeremiah 17:9; Romans 3:10-19, 5:12, 8:6-7, Ephesians 2:1-6

We believe that salvation comes through Jesus Christ alone, to whom we must respond with repentance, faith, and obedience. Through Christ we come into a right relationship with God, have our sins forgiven, and receive eternal life. This salvation is a gift of God because of His grace and mercy.

John 1:12; Ephesians 1:17; Ephesians 2:8-9, Luke 23:43; Leviticus 17:11; Matthew 26:28; Romans 3:26, Romans 5:6-9; II Corinthians 5:19-21; Galatians 3:13; I Peter 1:18-19

We believe that God verbally inspired the Bible and has given it to us as the uniquely authoritative, written guide for Christian living and thinking. The Scriptures are true, complete, and reliable. As illuminated by the Holy Spirit, they point us to Christ, guide our lives, and nurture us toward spiritual maturity.

II Timothy 3:16-17, II Peter 1:19-21

We believe the church is composed of all who trust in Jesus Christ as Savior, is the body and bride of Christ, and is a spiritual organism, which supports and equips each other through worship, teaching, and accountability. The Church models God's loving community and proclaims the gospel to the world. The Lord Jesus Christ instituted the ordinances of water baptism and the Lord’s Supper to be observed until his return.

Ephesians 1:22-23, 5:25-27; I Corinthians 12:12-14, Matthew 28:19-20; I Corinthians 11:23-26

We believe that all the saved should live in such a manner as to not bring reproach upon their Savior and the Church.  We should strive to be imitators of Jesus Christ in all pursuits and live worthy of our calling as children of God.  This includes living in love and fellowship with other believers which includes mutual submission and accountability. The result of following Christ empowers us to love non-believers right where they are in life with mercy and compassion.

II Tim. 3:1-5; Rom. 12:1-2, 14:13; I John 2:15-17; II John 1:9-11; II Cor. 6:14; Eph 4:1, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

We believe that Satan was originally a created being who attempted to take over God’s Throne.  He was subsequently cast out of heaven and has become God’s enemy.  He and his demons roam the world seeking to keep people from God.

Ephesians 2:1-2, 1 Peter 5:8-9, Revelation 20:7-10

We believe in the personal physical return of Jesus Christ, in the resurrection of the dead, in God's judgment of all persons with perfect justice and mercy, and in eternal fellowship with, or eternal separation, from God. Ultimately, Christ's kingdom will be victorious over all evil, and the believers will reign with him in eternal life.

Matthew 25:31-46, I Thessalonians 4:13-18, 5:9-10; 1 John 5:20, Zechariah 14:4-11; Revelation 19:11-16, 20:1-6, 3:10
