Pastor Ben and his wife, Sherri, have been at Ten Mile since 1994. In the early years the position was a combination of youth and music, in more recent years Ben has focused on leadership development and building a sustainable Youth Ministry.
In December of 2017 Ben responded to the call of God to transition into a lead pastor role. Both he and his wife Sherri are relationship oriented, which translates into a ministry that focuses on relationships, not hype. They enjoy riding motorcycles and skiing together with their two grown children.
